What you’ll be doing...
Senior Expert Cyber Security Architect
You will work with customer’s Cyber Security Architecture & Solutions (CSAS) which keeps their digital customer-facing products and internal IT safe and secure. CSAS translates customer’s information security policies into technical controls and helps their product and project teams to embed security into architecture, design and delivery processes. It provides the foundational cyber security platforms and solutions, and works with teams to integrate applications and infrastructure with these solutions.
Creating and developing Customer’s cyber security reference architecture, including cyber security platforms and solutions, aligning requirements from the architecture teams, ITSOC and Group Security colleagues.
Partially embedded with a specific business segment, you will drive implementation of key building blocks of the reference architecture in projects and programs.
Working with Group Security and IT, translating information security policies into a technical control framework and architectural blueprints, and communicating these to the IT organization.
Leading customer to security-by-design, you will work with projects in inception stages to embed security principles into the target architecture.
As a trusted advisor, you will be the security go-to-person on the relevant IT architecture boards.
Developing Cyber Security standards and schedule improvements based on IT strategy, project feedback and other sources.
Working with IT, you will perform reviews of existing architectures and assess the security maturity and compliance levels, with the goal of jointly identifying potential short- and long-term improvement.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Relevant work experience.
Experience in technical architecture.
Even better if you have:
A degree in business, information technology or similar.
Experience in technical architecture.
Proven knowledge of international standards as well as additional qualification (CISSP; SABSA; CSSA or equivalent).
Other expert qualification as required (e.g. MDM, IPS/IDS, SIEM).
Strong expertise in Cyber Security trends (threats, vulnerabilities, technological solutions, best practice processes and methods) and IT-Security technology expertise.
Experience of cloud-security (e.g. AWS or Azure certification).
Business acumen and understanding of business drivers and solution risk profiles.
Deep understanding of business targets and processes and how innogy IT and Cyber Security contribute to these targets.
First-hand experience of working with agile methodologies.
Business level proficiency in English (German preferable)
