JOB PURPOSE/ROLE Health is an attractive growth market worldwide and Allianz has a presence in 29 countries. To further stimulate profitable growth in Health units world-wide Allianz Global Health GmbH has been inaugurated to provide conceptual and operational support for prioritized health entities across the Group. Allianz Global Health GmbH is based in Munich and will work in close collaboration with the content experts at Allianz Private Krankenversicherung (APKV) Germany to support Health Organizational Entities (OEs) in optimizing operations in product development, underwriting, claims management and disease/partner management. Allianz Global Health GmbH will support OEs on-site and in close collaboration with local teams. Allianz Global Health GmbH acts solely on request by OEs and regards themselves as partners and consultants to local management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES On-site analysis of all processes along the Health value chain Development of simulation models and adaptation of existing solutions to local regulatory framework, business requirements and capabilities Integration of relevant experts from APKV or other Health OEs in team problem solving Generation of action oriented recommendations and supporting presentations Establishment of trust based relationships with local middle management and key personnel Classical project management with development of action plan, milestones, follow up, etc. KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Qualification University degree in mathematics, data sciences, natural sciences or economics Proven project management skills Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge Business fluent in English Experience & Key skills 4 years of relevant working experience 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in a top consultancy firm Spike in analytics but combined with strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate with senior management Good conceptual/strategic skills High level of initiative taking, can-do attitude and stress resilience Openness to new situations, willingness to travel and to spend significant time abroad Excellent team player and problem solver Health background not necessary Reference Code AZSE-5073611-2 Allianz is the home for those who dare – a supportive place where you can take the initiative to grow and to actively strengthen our global leadership position.
