Knowledge of Shopping Ads (e.g., Feed Management, Campaign structures).
Knowledge of third-party ad technology providers (Marin, Kenshoo, Adobe, etc.).
Ability to influence clients and build effective client relationships.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

As a Shopping Ads Specialist, you will be a thought leader on Google’s fast growing Shopping Ads products which are part of our wider Search business. This is a great opportunity to work on significant growth areas within Google’s wider Search business and become a partner to our customers when it comes to how they plan, implement, and optimize these products. You will have knowledge of both the industry and the ecosystem on which these products are built.
In this role, you will be required to form effective external partnerships with multiple businesses to maximize success for your customers. You will have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and develop solutions for customers that adapt to their chosen method of working with Google. Additionally, you will drive business growth for your customers through the identification of relevant account opportunities. This includes advising on success measurement of these campaigns. You will also work with a broad range of internal teams to deliver great customer support.
As a Shopping Ads Specialist, you have excellent interpersonal skills and are analytically minded, self-motivated, detail oriented, and skilled at solving problems and explaining complex issues. In this role you, will work closely with a highly skilled Shopping Ads community across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) to develop expertise in this area. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with Regional Product Experts and other Global Sales teams on the evolution of some of Google’s advertising products.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Strategically support clients to define their goals and optimize their accounts and campaign strategy across their Shopping Ads by making suggestions to improve performance.
Support customers in maximizing their Shopping Ads opportunity across all platforms.
Be a performance and digital consultant for customers. Report and share insights on complex and impactful advertising campaigns.
Share your advanced product experience with other EMEA and Global Specialists in your product area.
