The Collaboration Team in Germany is looking for a high-energy, industry experienced, passionate talent that will join our team as a Presales Engineer, that leads and supports the sales teams in Major Enterprise and CGEM with deep technical knowledge around our Collaboration solutions including new technologies, cloud architectures and sales models.
Who you will work with:
Join a diverse team that is driving growth and innovation of Cisco Collaboration into the market, disrupting traditional competing vendors in the space and developing new Go-to-Market for creative future solutions. Become a part of the Architecture Sales team that owns and drives the product and solution sales for the Collaboration architecture and that works closely together with the Cisco Sales Organization.
What you will do:
Work closely in partnership with end customer account teams, to drive the collaboration business in your region.
Act as a trusted advisor for Cisco customers and demonstrate the business value of Cisco solutions and architectures.
Provide technical, consultative and architectural sales support.
Support the solution sales specialist team, to successfully position and sell Cisco Collaboration solutions and architectures.
Position the Cisco collaboration portfolio in the context of digitization and business transformation at your top customers by developing compelling use cases.
Develop existing collaboration customers that come from traditional on-prem architectures towards cloud architectures by building individual value propositions including architectural and economic benefits.
Together with the solution sales team, build a joint collaboration business plan for your assigned customer domain.
Drive adoption Cisco of collaboration tools within your existing collaboration customer base, by working closely together with the customer success teams within Cisco.
Support the Cisco Channel team with technical presentations and demonstrations for partners.
Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
Contribute actively to the Technical Pre-Sales community by sharing knowledge and participate in workgroups.
Who you are:
At least 4 years of networking experience and 2 years of field experience working with partner or end-customer accounts as a Systems Engineer or equivalent.
Deep technical expertise with Cisco Collaboration products or relevant expertise in key competitor offerings.
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong customer interaction skills, open-minded, open communication.
Willingness to take over responsibilities and accountability for the results of her/his work.
Strong team player: drive culture of collaboration for success.
Willingness to travel while leading cost carefully.
Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
Passion and dedication to success as well as the strong motivation to be successful in a competitive and fast changing market.
