We are a team of travel experts, tech enthusiasts and customer support heroes – with the shared purpose to simplify business travel. Comtravo provides small and medium sized companies a truly unique solution. Travellers or travel managers can book and manage their business trips with one simple text message. Using state-of-the-art technologies, such as NLP and machine learning techniques, we are automating our fulfillment pipeline. This enables our in-house travel experts to focus on complex requests and individual needs of our clients.

YOUR TASKS

- You are the conceptual thinker behind our marketing, sales and account management teams
- You own business intelligence, reportings and monitor numbers continuously
- You design process to run smoothly within and across growth teams
- You own our growth tool landscape from selection to replacement
- You manage multiple stakeholders across marketing, sales, account management and product
- You are directly involved in analyses and strategic initiatives for our investors
- You develop and grow a team of 3+ highly skilled and motivated growth operations managers

YOUR PROFILE

- You have 3-5 years of professional experience in sales operations, consulting, investment banking or any similar environment
- You have a degree in business, finance, economics or a related field
- You have made first leadership experiences and are able to lead a team of 3 FTE
- You have worked with Salesforce before
- You have proficient English and German language skills (C1)
