Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in measurement solutions role and with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and/or other digital tracking solutions.
Ability to identify complex problems and implement creative, data-driven solutions.
Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly and effectively to a non-technical audience.
Excellent consulting, project management, and analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

gTech Professional Services (gPS) is a team of solution-oriented advisors supporting users worldwide. We combine technical and product expertise and an understanding of our customer’s needs and goals to solve their biggest business challenges, allowing them to grow and get the most out of Google solutions. Our team cares for customers by solving problems and scaling solutions, incubating new Google products, and sharing user feedback with internal teams to influence product development. We support a wide variety of products, from Ads to Project Fi and just about everything in between, and our customers include advertisers, consumers, partners, publishers, retailers, and our own Sales Googlers.
As a Technical Specialist, you will help drive the success of Google’s largest advertisers by developing creative and scalable solutions for our suite of Measurement Products. You will leverage your experience to help drive product adoption, serviceability, and implementation of complex products. You will absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to a non-technical audience, communicating effectively and concisely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. In this role, you will also build robust processes, workflows, documentation, and trainings for our products.

Design, build, and execute innovative and scalable technical solutions.
Partner with Global Business and Sales teams to shape clients' technical needs into opportunities and solutions.
Collaborate with internal/external technical and developer teams to drive communication, prioritization, analysis, and prompt resolution of customer challenges.
Liaise and coordinate with partner teams to prioritize and execute demand from your product areas and ensure synergy across teams.
Maintain industry, Google product, and customer knowledge to lead or contribute to projects that increase operational efficiency or meet advertisers’ long term technical needs.
Deliver external and internal training on new and existing product features.
Proactively identify and lead projects through the complete life-cycle including scoping, planning, executing, implementing/rollout, and closing.
