Reporting to the Managing Director and leading the business plan to develop the Automotive Market in the Spanish territory.Identify opportunities to partner with vendors and clients in the automotive sector such as OEMs, TIERs, OES and aftermarket.Inform current and potential partners about key business developments.Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that would increase revenues and profits. The plan is to be shared within the global company policies and governance.Based on the Business Plan, prepare a monthly update for the sales review with the HQ.Manage existing partnerships and develop new ones.Develop and organize new business development initiatives.Collaborate with the operations and traffic departments to ensure the customer / market needs are met.
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and a Master is a plus.
English and Spanish high level is a must. German is a plus.
Candidate will possess at least 10 years' experience in the transport & logistics sector and specialized in business development in the automotive sector. We are looking for someone who has sufficient technical and operational knowledge of the transport sector (multimodal and international) and also provides an important network in the automotive sector in Spain.
The person should share the values of a family owned company and the motivation to develop an entrepreneurial project within the company.
