Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in consulting or commercial business partnering in the technology, advertising, or media industries.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience identifying opportunities for business improvement and defining/measuring the success of those initiatives.
Experience with exploration and advanced analysis across large and complex datasets
Effective performance in prior roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with excellent business acumen.

As Business Finance Manager for Spain, your work will help our sales leaders to make a range of strategic and operational decisions.
You will help drive and develop the performance and strategy of the growing region. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the detail while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges. Leveraging the analytical capability of the central Business Finance team, you'll provide senior level management with insightful business recommendations, planning and reporting support.
In this role, you'll work cross-functionally and leverage the support of central teams for analysis and insight to help guide the business over the medium- and long-term in relation to market opportunities. You’re able to shape business direction and influence execution by working with senior leaders across the region.

Responsibilities
Develop analysis and insights to help business partners understand key product and campaign performance.
Develop tools to communicate business performance to a range of audiences simply and efficiently.
Work on initiatives to develop infrastructure and tools with cross-functional teams to measure and report EMEA performance and enable deep insights into drivers of performance.
Manage and constantly innovate to improve our planning and reporting processes.
Provide recommendations to shape investment decisions and future strategy.
