CMT: Network DealExecution Senior Manager Focus of the role: Accenture is seeking a Network Deal Execution Senior Manager for Spain to contribute to theNetwork profitable sales growth and typically act as deal shaper, negotiator and/orbid manager lead. S/he will be expected to sell Network projects for majorTelecommunications operators across the Gallia region with a focus on Spain. The Network DealExecution Senior Manager originate and sell value-led transformation programs,delivering change and value for the business through new industry capabilitiesand technology solutions at our clients: + The Network Deal Execution Senior Manager willoriginate and sell solutions based on deep industry insight andrelationships integrating the breadth of the Accenture's services. + S/he will build durable relationships withclients, displays deep sales acumen and has excellent communicationsskills. + S/he will work across Gallia geographies witha focus on Spain along with a team of Senior and MDs to influence andexecute the go-to-market strategy for the CMT group + S/he will drive Business Development and willbring telecom experience to the market in designing and successfullyleading transformations in the Telecommunications space. + S/he will bring a strong understanding ofinnovative approaches (e.g. Software Defined Networks) as well as tools,methodologies, organizational set-ups to successfully lead programs. KeyResponsibilities: + Originate, pursue and sell profitableconsulting work + Pursue and cultivate trusted advisorrelationships with decision makers/influencers within the clientorganization(s) to drive business development activities + Understand the breadth of offerings andthought leadership to bring the best of Accenture through sales anddelivery of functional and industry business services solutions + Engage the wider Accenture Consulting practiceto identify and drive value + Collaborate with Client Account leadership andNetwork leadership to create sales campaign strategy to develop winning,compelling, and compliant win strategies and proposals + Partner with the client account leadershipwhen relevant and to gain agreement upfront on pricing and resolve openissues related to Consulting sales + Assist to coordinate all the activitiesinvolved in executing the sales campaign driven from the win strategy + Support the creation of proposal materials(RFI, RFPs etc.) and other key events in the sales process including oralpresentations. + Support the development and execution of thenegotiation strategy with the Negotiator or Sales Lead for Accenture's deals. + Support the development of contract materials andhelp coordinate contracting and negotiation input across internal andexternal stakeholders + Support with the creation and positioning ofNetwork offering(s) + Assist with key contracting terms/conditions,deal shaping and financial structuring, including pricing strategiesand/or performance-based contracting elements + Build diverse, engaged and inclusive teams atthe client and in local and virtual communities The Network Deal Execution Senior Manager should possess the following attributes: + Leadership experience in a consulting firm orservices firm with relevant Sales experience + Demonstrated experience selling and drivingtransformational initiatives across an enterprise + Deep functional knowledge across Network including: + Network Deployment -Architecture / Planning / Deployment/Analytics + Operations - Activation /Fulfilment / Field Installation/Artificial Intelligence/Machinelearning/Robotic process automation + Digitization of Network - NextGen services / Digital Transformation/Network Virtualisation + Subject matter expertise on business issuesand strategic priorities + Consistent track record of significantconsulting / services sales + Preferably prior experience leading largeprograms including handling clients and scope, risks and issues, scheduleand progress, resources and people, third party vendors, etc. + Excellent leadership skills, verbal andwritten communication skills, presentation skills, team working skills andethical standards. This individual should be looked upon as a role modelwho instils the pride, values and integrity of Accenture in his/ her team + Experience in serving international clientsand the potential to lead teams across multiple locations. In terms of the performance and personal competencies required for theposition, we would highlight the following: + Business Acumen: S/he shouldunderstand the evolving trends and business drivers for telecom companiesand possess a good understanding of all-round performance metrics, bothfinancial and operating. An understanding of how these companies arepositioned and differentiated in the marketplace and how their businesschoices create growth and performance opportunities and threats isrequired. + Industry Insight: S/he shouldbe able to identify marketplace trends, understand the pain points ofprospective clients, understand the competitive landscape and be able toconceptualize and articulate differentiated offerings leveraging theexperience/expertise of Accenture. + Executing for results: Thisindividual will need to show the sense of urgency in executing against ahigh-reaching Sales plan. From a motivation perspective we wouldanticipate this person to be high-reaching, enjoy fast growth environmentsand have the energy and endurance to succeed. + Leading teams: S/he will bea market validated expert in his/her local market and therefore canattract top talent to help build out the team. A track record of leadingand developing high-performing, content rich teams will be critical. S/hewill need to lead by example and set the highest benchmarks forprofessionalism and performance expectations. + Building relationships and using influence: This person will need to have high impact and gravitas so thatthey build their brand internally. He or she should have a team-orientedand collaborative working style, both with clients and those within theorganization. Interpersonally, he or she will need to have culturalastuteness, ethic rigor and a strong, healthy ego. S/he will need thefinesse and sophistication of working within a matrix environment wherethe calibre of executives is high. S/he will be expected to be a trustedadvisor to clients and internal stakeholders and must demonstrate a highdegree of sales affinity (business development, account development). + Complexity: S/he will berequired to identify and assess complex problem for area of responsibilityand create solutions by interacting with clients and internal teams.
