The Controller is part of the commercial chain since its work guarantees the loyalty of Tiendeo customers. You will manage assigned accounts to ensure the success of the campaigns and the fulfillment of the conditions negotiated with each of the clients in its portfolio through a strategy of maximizing the margin and optimization of the service towards the users of Tiendeo. This person is the main liaison with the customer and internal team members on everything related to product, price, quality and service.

Customer Owner | Oversee or act as the project manager to overall customer satisfaction, so you should always look out for the interests of the customers and assigned accounts.

Control | Accomplish each and every one of the objectives of the accounts that are assigned by activating the necessary levers: positioning, push, newsletter, webpush, external traffic, social networks, etc.

Support the KAM | Provides support from the beginning to the end of the campaigns, supporting the resolution of incidents and needs arising, communicating transversally with all departments involved. Supports KAM in the prospection and search of opportunities.

Report results | Perform Kick Off reports, First Results, Post Campaign Reports or other specific analyzes required by your clients.

Accompany | Attends business meetings in order to understand the situation of their clients, customize their work, review the performance of the campaigs and suggest improvements.

Contributes to the growth of Tiendeo | Forecast existing business and develop plans to identify/pursue new business opportunities.

Requisitos:

-High-potentials recent graduates and young professionals
-Bachelor degree - graduate studies are a plus (e.g.: MBA)
-You have a native or fluent level of French
-Analytical skills, attention to detail and strategic vision
-Proven leadership, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
-Resilient, responsible and dedicated individual
-Entrepreneurial spirit (Previous experience in changing environments or entrepreneurial projects and interest for new tech, online and mobile innovation will be a plus)
-Good “Farmer”, but must be able to “Hunt”.
-Microsoft Office Suite advanced user. Specially Power Point and Excel.
