You are highly motivated to deliver superior support to our medical business. You will be responsible for the entire tendering and price offer processes from A-Z. From tracking and searching for new tender opportunities in very close cooperation with the sales teams and other functions to ensure Gore's successful participation and awarding. It includes fulfilling price offer requests and handling the renewal and extension of existing tenders and price offers within very specific timescales. You will track and record all contractual results and informing your internal partners of the outcomes and contractual impacts. You will be responsible for ensuring that pricing is correct and provide price and product related information when required. An important part of contract compliance can be the fulfillment of statistical and rebate calculations. You will also work on projects to improve the quality, efficiency, effectiveness and enhanced quality of our services as perceived by our customers and internal partners. Due to the nature of our business, you will often work on highly complex and varied activities in an international business setting. 

For this position we can offer a 12-months contract as a maternity leave replacement.

Qualifications
 
University/bachelor level education preferred a/o with relevant experience.
Able to communicate proficiently in German and English.
Analytical skills and high attention to detail, together with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Stress resistant and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Commitment to quality, have process discipline and customer service orientation.
Flexibility and initiative are also key competencies for the role.
General office software and experience with ERP, CRM, CPQ systems is preferred.
