International fashion company looking for several Customer Services with French and English in Barcelona. You will be providing excellent customer service to our customers. Main responsibility is to ensure that we are the Customer's First Choice, offering the best customer service for the company when dealing with telephone calls and emails. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of task and customers in your role.
Attending inbound calls and emails from customers, regarding their shopping experience, orders, deliveries and processing payments.
Handling new incoming reclaims and making sure that they are handled accordingly.
Management of administrative tasks.
Providing great customer service quality (phone, e-mail, chat).
Manage consumer complaints or requests with interest and attention.Deal with both B2B from stores and B2C from Consumers.
