With more than 15 years of experience, our client is a worldwide leader in Customer Relationship Management. Among the offices in 91 different countries around the world, the Portuguese location is a very international one with 15 different languages spoken. In this environment, acknowledgement of individual contribution is essential to ensure the collective success.

Depending on the project you will have different responsibilities:


Booking management (altering, cancelling or creating new reservations)
Advising customers on the services we provide on the phone or by email
Managing the reservations back
-office (ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations)
-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
Handling and management the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)


Offering information, solutions and counselling to customers regarding the company’s services
Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures
Compliance with company regulations for Data Protection and Information Security
Maintaining positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact
Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project

Fluent or native in German (min C1) with a good command of English (B2)
Advanced IT skills (MS Office Package, Email Social Media)

Experience in customer contact is a plus
