We are looking for a Customer Success Advisor with a Fluent Level of German to collaborate with a leader in customer experience optimising. You will be responsible for the cultivation and enhancement of client
-relationships.

Depending on the project you will have different responsibilities:


TOURISM SECTOR:

Booking management (altering, cancelling or creating new reservations)
Advising customers on the services we provide on the phone or by email
Managing the reservations back
-office (ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations)
Post
-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
Handling and management the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)

CONSUMER GOODS:

Offering information, solutions and counselling to customers regarding the company’s services
Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures
Compliance with company regulations for Data Protection and Information Security
Maintaining positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact
Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project

Qualifications
Fluent or native in German (min C1) with a good command of English (B2)
Advanced IT skills (MS Office Package, Email Social Media)

Experience
Experience in customer contact is a plus

-EU applicants it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit
