The main goal is managing our people and their talent in a very passionate way and caring about their development & career expectations while aligning this to our business strategy and goals.RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKSRevamp and extend the Talent Management Program ensuring the expectations per level and promotion requirements are tangible and clear, and keeping it updated with innovative ideas.Drive the Performance Reviews & Objectives process, being involved in all the tasks in a very detailed and passionate manner.Mentor the Managers in their people management tasks to ensure all the tasks are done on-time. Create relevant training material that can internally support the execution of the Talent Management.Responsible for internal communication, ensuring detailed and accurate emails are sent.Manage the annual training and certification plan, selecting external training providers when necessary, defining a budget and ensure all the training courses are scheduled & tracked against every employee as per the yearly plan.Responsible for driving end-to-end the on-boarding of new employees, ensuring the new starters have the best on-boarding experience.Support on employer branding events.REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree in a relevant field.Fluent English and Spanish written and spoken.5 + years’ experience working in a similar position in a professional services company, preferably in a high tech and/or consulting industry.Strong Talent Management background.Technically skilled to an advanced level with MS Office products.Analytical skills, very organised and detailedMultitasking, energetic, proactive and positive personResults oriented & committed to company growth.OUR OFFER TO YOUBe part of an international and talented team, enjoying an excellent work environment where people are passionate about what they do.Attractive salary according to experience and knowledge provided.Flexible working schedule23 vacation days + 24 & 31 December
