The main responsibilities are to:Responsible for the talent acquisition functionMaintain a thorough understanding of employment laws and relationship with labor unionsSupport management by providing human resources direction, advice and counselGuide management and employee actions by developing HR guidelines, communicating the guidelines and enforcing organization valuesWork closely with international counterpartsMaintain company organization charts and employee directoryOffer recommendations in terms of compensation and benefits based on market knowledge and previous bench marking exercise
Bachelors equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 8-10 years experience with recruitment and labor union relationship. Experience negotiating union contracts will be a differential. Good communication skills. Business English is a must.
