Our client, leader in the IT sector, its looking forMotivated, Dynamic and Energetic. Willing to enjoy the Inside Sales Team. You'll be part of an international team with 70+ members located in Madrid and will play a key role identifying and generating sales-ready businnes opportunities in the software/hardware area.

Identify sales-ready leads via phone, outbound prospecting and social selling through LinkedIn in your assigned market. Apply strategic reasoning to prioritize the list of target accounts to contact by leveraging the insights from our CRM system and based on the IT solution offered
Creating the business environment for sustained growth on the account
Developing and maintaining the relationship within the account in order to maintain long term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activities
Manage the sales cycle of each prospect in our CRM keeping the information updated and providing accurate reports
Work closely with our Account Management team to ensure our clients achieve their business goals.
Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
Prepare commercial and technical service proposals Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls
