Description of the job

Establish Procurement activities of one or more products / packages / suppliers, guarantee the contractual framework of suppliers with the company and provide the best purchasing conditions for the company.

Contribute to the supply activity, manage the presentation of offers and the negotiation of contracts to achieve the best purchase conditions in accordance with the requirements of the company. - Monitor the contract (during the phases of innovation, development, series and support) with suppliers and stakeholders of the company to achieve, during the term of the contract, the full application of the conditions in order to ensure that the suppliers have the performance expected in all dimensions (logistics, support, quality, cost ...). - Manage daily relationships with suppliers and ongoing projects to optimize the value of the client and, in turn, minimize the total cost of ownership and risks. - It is part of the multifunctional or multidivisional teams during the phases of presentation of offers, contracting and validity of the contract.

The internship student will be responsible for supporting the operational activities of the Facility Management purchasing team, in their bidding. Likewise, he will be responsible for supporting the tactical activities of said team in the transaction field.

Contribuir a la actividad de suministro, gestionar la presentación de ofertas y la negociación de contratos para lograr las mejores condiciones de compra de conformidad con los requisitos de la empresa. - Vigilar el contrato (durante las fases de innovación, desarrollo, serie y apoyo) con proveedores y partes interesadas de la empresa para lograr, durante la vigencia del contrato, la aplicación completa de las condiciones a fin de garantizar que los proveedores tengan el desempeño esperado en todas las dimensiones (logística, apoyo, calidad, coste...). - Gestionar las relaciones diarias con los proveedores y proyectos en curso para optimizar el valor del cliente y, a su vez, minimizar el coste total de propiedad y los riesgos. - Forma parte de los equipos multifuncionales o multidivisionales durante las fases de presentación de ofertas, contratación y vigencia del contrato.

El estudiante en practicas será responsable de apoyar las actividades operativas del equipo de compras
de Facility Management, en su en las licitaciones. Asimismo, será responsable de apoyar las actividades tácticas de dicho equipo en el ámbito transacción.
