The IT Service Desk Agent provides IT support services to end-users at all locations. The Role includes supporting end-users onsite, via phone and remote support solving incidents by following established processes and procedures.

- Degree within the IT field
o Relevant work experience within IT support might compensate for lack of formal education.

- Incidents and Service Requests
o Log all relevant Incident and Service Requests
o Providing investigation and diagnosis of Incidents and Service Requests
o Resolve, where possible, Incidents/Service Requests on first contact
o Assign Incidents/Service Requests that cannot be resolved on first contact, to correct support group
o Providing, restricting and removing user access according to the Access Management Process
- Communication with end users
o Keeping them informed of incident progress
o Publish System Notifications, Knowledge articles and other information to End Users
- Monitoring of infrastructure and business critical services
- Asset Management
- Client Setup and Management
- Production of Knowledge Management articles
- Participate in daily handovers with US and Singapore
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotation
- Attend necessary training both domestic and overseas
