You're working at client staff and assist the client business lines.
You manage clients evolutions requirements : raising enhancement requests, testing and validating new modules, training client business users on these modules.
You handle the complex clients requirements and are the point of escalation for the client.
Creation and delivery of solutions for clients addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design, ServiceNow Technical Best Practice and Standards
Ensure technical deliverables to Customer Delivery and customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes
Lead requirement gathering workshops to identify use cases and value based acceptance criteria
You have excellent analytical skills and a strong ability to think abstractly.
We expect you to:
Have a Master degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering
Have a first experience in software provider, consulting IT provider o consultancy company .
Have knowledge and strong interest for IT market
Speak fluently English as well as local language based on the location you're applying (French, Italian or Spanish)
Availability to travel
