JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a great opportunity to develop your career in a multinational corporate environment. As a Junior Legal Advisor, you will be providing support in the preparation of key corporate documents.


Some of your key responsibilities will be:

Prepare corporate minutes for our Spanish entities (Annual Accounts, AG and Board of Directors resolutions, Power of Attorneys, etc), prepare housekeeping documents, KYC


Prepare intercompany agreements and assist other central functions of the group


Attend and assist in corporate closings, prepare post-closing binders


Coordinate with state agencies to file and obtain corporate documents including charter documents, good standing certificates and qualification documents


Some of the key skills, and experience we’re looking for:

Relevant degree or qualification in Law – sound knowledge of Spanish corporate regulations


Previous experience managing corporate legal documents in English and Spanish – ideally in a similar role


Previous experience as a corporate paralegal will be preferred


Professional Proficiency in Spanish and English


Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills


Effective stakeholder management
