e-Learning support officer en Madrid
IT Partner España it’s looking for to one of our clients: e-Learning support officer.

Requirements:
– Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
– Experience with administrating Learning Management Systems.
– Experience in testing e-learning courses in learning Managements Systems.
– Experience in troubleshooting e-learning issues.
– Good understanding of SCORM compliance standards (must be able to read imsmanifest.xml from scorm packages).
– Experience in using the Microsoft IE developer tools (F12) for troubleshooting purposes.
– Able to independently learn and implement new knowledge (with the help of self-paced learning and working instructions).

Othe Valuable Knowledge:
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, e.g. Pivot tables).
– Basic understanding of HTML, XML, etc.
– Previous experience as a support officer or service desk employee (experience with ticketing system).

Profile:
– Be able to work independently with minimal assistance.
– Some technical knowledge required.
– Fast learner.
