This hub will be supporting both Cloud Insight field members as well as carrying out customer-facing remote engagements. Key Job ElementsContribute to engagements with experts from sales, pre-sales, consulting, and solution architecture to help shape and drive Cloud opportunitiesTake ownership of specific streams of the project such as: analysis of industry trends, IT specific challenges, assessing customers’ capabilities, presentation of proposed solutions (e.g. AI/Autonomous software, Big Data, IoT, Blockchain, etc.), roadmap definition and business case development More senior Insight hub members will be given the opportunity to conduct client facing discovery sessions in order to understand client’s challenges and priorities as well as present and defend the business case in front of key stakeholdersContribute to team’s thought leadership by producing transferrable IP (i.e. synthesizing and sanitizing previous customer experiences)Candidate Profile and Required Skills:2-4 years within IT strategy consulting or market/business/IT research firm, covering topics such digital transformation, Cloud and innovative technologies (e.g. Deep Learning, Blockchain)Exceptional problem solving combined with strong interpersonal skillUnderstanding of IT LandscapeStrong business research skillsGood understanding of financial statements & related terms, their implications, comparative financial analysisFinancial modelling, benchmarking and quantitative skillsStrong oral and written presentation and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong academics are mandatory e.g. MBA & MScFluency in English is mandatoryFluency in one or more European languages (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish) is mandatoryWillingness to relocate to Malaga Detailed Description and Job Requirements Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force. Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility.
