Descripción

Responsible for sales and marketing activities to further North America region revenue by ensuring the development, creation and delivery of quality marketing communications, e.g. Collateral, Customer Referral Program, etc. Updates and ensures accuracy and effectiveness of Salesforce.com data, including system administration, lead generation, data analysis and reporting. Conducts research; creates and implements plans for event/tradeshow attendance, maintaining oversight and responsibility for the event. Supports social media interaction to leverage QAD North America name and product recognition and to generate business.


Responsibilities:

Maintain and ensure accuracy of customer accounts/contacts in SalesForce.com and Aprimo. Manage third party tele-prospecting business partner relationship; support lead qualification process; liaise between business partner, account executive and customer prospect for “next steps” in net new business. Initiate/lead projects related to Sales and Marketing initiatives. Create reports and prepare account executive for sales “call” interface. Act as proxy for the Account Manager by

Assist marketing in filtering leads from corporate website and media. Produce User Group Emails & Weekly Registration Updates. Support campaigns and demand generation for existing customer base.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve Customer Reference Program. Utilize customer database to ensure customer participation and engagement. Work with sales reps to identify potential customer references. Communicate with customers to participate and stay involved in program.

Function as resident expert and liaison to leverage all sales and marketing opportunities presented via social media. Maintain continuous presence to engage LinkedIn group.

Budget, plan and support events attended/held by QAD. Establish project plan for trade show attendance to ensure key deliverables are achieved (Roundtable, Dinners and Speaker Series as required). Maintain monthly marketing event calendar with input from Sales and corporate Marketing.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Fluent in English. Additional languages (especially in region of responsibility) a key benefit

Education/Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Experience: Minimum three years in Marketing Specialist and/or B to B Sales, or combination of experience and education

Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office products; Adobe Photoshop desired. Expertise in navigating all social media sites is highly desirable e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, Twitter. Prior experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM.

Other knowledge or skills: Graphic design ability, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage effectively with co-workers and customers in various levels of the organization. Drive to results.

Required Travel: 5 - 10 %
