Job Description:Regional Account Manager, Castilla La Mancha – Madrid - Castilla LeonEngagement sentence example;25! As RAM, you will identify key partners in-market and at the Region level, and establish relationships with influencers and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper market access for Novartis products. To learn more about Novartis Spain, visit Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:• Develop trust-based working relationships with key regional regulatory partners• Establish Region positioning with tier-1 regulators, laying groundwork for Listing conversations and new agreements negotiation• Along with BAM, drive Listing action planning for all standout products as well as all launched brands• Provide leadership support and stand-in for Market Access Manager in tier-1 regional regulator negotiations• Key interfaces include: other Market Access roles, , and Health Economics , Pricing , Regional Sales Heads, Regional Sales Representative and MSLMinimum requirements:What you’ll bring to the role:• University degree in science and/or business Advanced degree in business, bioscience, and/or law preferred • English medium/advanced• Meaningful experience (minimum 5 years ) in the healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry at hospital level • Shown ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific and economic topics • Well developed understanding of drug product P&R and Listing processes, including processes for clinical guidelines and formularies and ability to be a phenomenal partner with a high number of external customers You’ll receive: Company Pension Plan; Life and Accidental Insurance; Meals Allowance or Canteen in the office; Flexible working hoursWhy consider Novartis?750 million.
