Job Description: [Senior BPA Manager ESO] - [El Masnou] The BPA Manager is driving the ESO Global planning, reporting and analysis of financials and is supporting business decisions focusing on the drivers that influence ESO results. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Manage all global ESO planning and actual reporting processes in collaboration with the ESO Regions / Platforms, ESO functions (Quality, Supply Chain, MS&T) and NTO global finance • Pro-active analysis of actuals and plans for ESO regions and ESO functions and follow-up on variances • Prepare presentations on performance, plans and projects for ESO Senior management and NTO Senior management • Provide analysis and transparency of key ESO business drivers such as volumes, spend and good deliveries in collaboration with ESO supply chain, ESO procurement and ESO operations • Drive Inventory and write-off reduction initiatives in collaboration with ESO supply chain • Consolidation of different ESO region and reporting entity financials • Works on projects related to productivity and performance • Innovation in financial processes (e.g., support implementation of Clikview)Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • University degree in Economics or Business Administration • Mid term industry or manufacturing experience in BPA or FRA incl. production / product cost accouting • Fluent English • Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Excel, Power Point and SAP • Familiarity with financial reporting systems, ideally with curiosity in new technologies such as robotics and artificial intelligence You’ll receive: Company Pension Plan; Life and Accidental Insurance; Meals Allowance or Canteen in the office; Flexible working hours; Why Novartis 750 million.
