Your role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact with clients through email, social media channels and on the phone. You will provide them with solutions and advice for all their inquiries.
You may handle short translations, review the webpage to find any errors and improve templates to answer clients.
You will help customers with their online orders and ensure they have an excellent customer service experience.

- Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 9.00 to 18.00

- Good level of English
- Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations
- Good team player with drive for success
- Previous experience in similar position is a plus
