(1) Development of a Monte-Carlo simulator for the modelization of impact ionization-based III-V semiconductor MOSFETs, based on the previous works in the same group. The aim is to propose a device to the experimentalists based in IEMN, Lille. (2) Simulation of frequency-dependent shot noise in Silicon quantum dots single-electron devices, using the SENS code developed during my previous position at Institute for Fundamental Electronics, Orsay, France.
