As an Account Management Lead, you'll be responsible for the market success of our existing business within G Suite. You will positively impact business metrics including business growth attainment, shorter business cycles, bigger business sizes, agreements renewals and promotions of G Suite services, etc. through knowledge, teamwork and programmatic engagement.
You'll work with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product Strategists to define and achieve strategic goals. This will involve working with field marketing to build campaigns, tailoring business assets and tools to the needs of the market segment, providing sales teams with support for customers and working with the wider Sales Success team to implement programs that drive further growth. You'll create and participate in external thought leadership events, advocate for products/solutions in the region and help validate and refine the overall product plan, positioning and go-to-market strategies.
You'll manage a team focused on our Southern Europe territories (France, Italy, Portugal). You're a driven sales professional who is prepared to search for new businesses, operate in a highly entrepreneurial environment and be comfortable navigating ambiguity. You will leverage knowledge of our offerings to become a trusted advisor to large and small companies on how they can utilize Google’s core infrastructure to launch new business units and ideas.

Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of high-performing senior sales people across the Southern Europe markets.
Generate and qualify leads and business opportunities, working with Google Cloud Sales team to develop and drive pipeline, provide guidance and manage agreements.
Work with cloud partners to develop campaigns and drive new opportunities. Represent Google at trade shows and industry events.
Maintain records of customer interactions and manage a sales team focused on scale and growth.
Leverage engineering and marketing resources, and provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them for greater business growth.
