Description of the job
Every year, ATR receives tens of thousands of requests from aircraft customers relating to all aspects of aeronautics for their operators. The management of these requests is done through a dedicated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool which is subject to evolutions and thus requires functional and technical specifications. In addition, a single customer portal is provided by ATR to allow its customers to access the different services available.
ATR has also put in place a number of online user guides for its customers but wishes to start systematically providing video tutorials in the frame of the company’s digitalization.
You will be integrating the Program e-Services Project and Support department for both of the subjects mentioned above and will also be contributing to PMO activity reports for the service.

Tasks & accountabilities
The apprentice will be responsible for:

Activity 1 : CRM Tool

• Second the manager to conduct the project
• Writing some functional and technical specifications
• Suggesting solutions to needs expressed in terms of functionality for internal transversal teams (Engineering, Quality, Technical specialists, etc…)

Activité 2 : Video Tutorial / User guides

• Suggesting action plans
• Creating videos / tutorials (writing the script, video assembly)
• Monitor video tuto publication
• Measure satisfaction, consultation rate (and other metrics)
