What You’ll Do
The Client Executive for Orange at Cisco leads the global sell-to relationship with this highly dynamic, highly visible and fast growing Service Provider account. You will drive the sales planning and segmentation, leading and orchestrating dynamic sales and technical teams. Also, you will work closely with the Orange Alliance teams in the context of the 360 relationships and with our Business Units.
Liaising at C level with within Orange, your success is reflected in sales achievements and long-term customer relationships.
 
In this role you will:
Develop and execute the global sales strategy for Orange business and implement tactical plans.
Build a reputation of innovation, success and customer intimacy for Cisco.
Closely engage with Senior Exec. decision makers within key customers and partners, articulating Cisco's vision.
Directly engage with Orange and Cisco teams to drive large, complex deals.
Lead cross-functional teams shaped around our customer needs and opportunities.
Motivate, mentor and develop Orange account team Account Managers and the entire internal account Eco System eg. CSM, PSS, Systems Engineers, and Systems Engineering Managers.
Drive annual sales within your area of responsibility showing YoY growth.
Deliver accurate business metrics.
Anticipate changes in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target opportunity.
Travel and fully leverage the power of our collaboration technologies to be close to customers and opportunities.
 
Who You'll Work With
Leading the Orange Account Team, being a team player and understanding and leading cross-functional, cross-cultural teamwork is key to success. This includes, but is not limited to Products - & Services Sales, Architecture Sales, Operations, Delivery, Legal, Partners etc.
 
Who You Are
You bring at least 15 years of sales experience in a dynamic IT, Software, Services and Solution business.
Minimum BSc. Degree in a business discipline or equivalent.
Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
You will have experience in driving cross functional teams in Product Management, Service Creation, or equivalent project based roles
Able to understand, articulate and position the value of a technology-based solution to the customer
Write and speak English and French fluently.
