Deskside Support Technician - FRENCH SPEAKING

For one of the largest companies, I am looking for 'Deskside Support Technician (L2)' for a 3-6 month with extension in Paris.

The ideal 'Deskside Support Technician - Level 2' will need to have the following experienceTechnical Skills:


- Hands on experience with Ticketing systems - ServiceNOw
- Must have knowledge of SCCM
- Hands on experience with Windows PC reimaging
- Experience walking around the work floor as Level 2 support

Job Description:


- Will need to format and reimage HP machines to Windows (atleast 5 machines per day)
