Description

Networkers Technology is lookinf for a Digital HR technical lead for a role to be based in Paris:

The Lead Technical Consultant is responsible for the development of interfaces to support the integration of SuccessFactors into a customer's technology landscape within an overall programme or project implementing SuccessFactors, covering both the internal and external (client facing) activities required for successful implementation. Applying best practices, country & product specific knowledge and technical know-how they will ensure that the solution fits the client's requirements and specifications.

The role ensures that all Implementation Services (IS) programmes deliver the right quality of deliverables into a customers Production environment such the client's expectations from go live and provides a platform for a long and mutually beneficial relationship.

The role has responsibility for delivery according to the appropriate methodology (FastTrack or SAP Activate) for the programme and for ensuring methodologies are used and applied consistently within the program/project..

The role also supports the Sales function with scoping, solution design and estimating to ensure, as far as is possible, the full scope of integrations within the implementation is known and documented prior to contracting.

Solution Design:

Define and document the overall integration requirements for the implementation, making the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different solution components.

Provide the Program/Project Manager with an overview of feasibility, viability and overall risk of the solution to be put in place

Follow up during the whole project cycle to ensure the solution meets the architectural requirements

Validate the final solution implemented at the client

Support in the delivery of solution workshops to clients and the completion of required documentation.

Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project

Organize and support the data mapping with client and implementation teams (Client or Third Party Providers)

Integrations:

Lead the delivery of solution scoping workshops to clients and the completion of required documentation.

Ensure sign-off of requirements with client, client partners or 3rd party solution providers prior to development of interfaces.

Ensure all integration requirements are delivered in line with appropriate standards and with

Pro-actively maintain an action tracker to ensure the issues are cleansed before final customer testing

Anticipate integration issues and identify gaps that require addressing

Track activities in the local integration plan and respects the program/project timelines

Assist in project cut-over planning

Obtain sign off on integration deliverables from key stakeholders

Pro-actively communicates and reports status to the Project Manager/Program Lead and project team members eg Status Reports, progress and next activities

Share experience, provide guidance and suggest improvements

Test Activities:

Carry out agreed client's Testing and ensure all agreed issues are corrected prior to customer testing.

Support the execution of customer testing and facilitate resolution of issues and queries raised during the testing process liaising as required with relevant stakeholders (client, partners and internal teams)

Provide highest level of quality assurance, ensuring that agreed deliverables are produced according to established procedures and standards

Support discussions in evaluating the impact of decision on eventual workarounds for the project and post go live BAU and optimize processes

Pro-actively communicates and reports status to the Program Lead and project team members eg Status Reports, progress and next activities

Share experience, provide tips and suggest improvements

People Development:

Provide deliverables and project objectives for other technical resources assigned to the project to complete

Mentor more junior or less experienced resources

Act as the primary escalation point within the project for all issues related to the implementation of integrations and interfaces

Ensure that lessons learned activities from a technical viewpoint are completed

Ensure that own knowledge of the SAP, SuccessFactors and company's products and offerings, methodologies and tools are kept up-to-date
