FRANCE – FRANCHISE PROJECT MANAGER
based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France

The core job responsibility is to:

- Lead strategic projects essential to the Franchise Unit and System, accomplishing their business plans.
- Work with The GM & System LT to champion major commercial projects/interventions (eg McKinsey, Deposit/Tax, M&A…)
- Work with S&I to track business performance, identifying issues and opportunities earlier from a consumer and customer perspective, championing remedial options.
- Support CCEP on tenders for strategic customers 

Reports to Franchise Operations Director and works closely with:

- KO GM & French System Leadership Team
- Development manager – Portfolio Expansion
- BU and Group functions
- S&I data experts
- Global Key customers

- Externally: Consultants, M&A partners / leader
- No direct reports

Main responsibilities are to:

- Deliver projects focused on the long term strategic development of the franchise, covering all commercial areas including RGM, Packaging, Commercial Partnerships (eg alcohol)
- Lead M&A targeting at market level, scanning for opportunities & conduct evaluation of market opportunities to identify local opportunities (eg NRTD coffee, Premium Water), evaluating market niches to enter.
- Lead implementation of local M&A
- Prepare together with CCEP, the answer on strategic tenders – engage KO subject matters experts esp. Global key customers like Disneyland Paris
- Works as required with CCEP on customers’ strategic engagement, for example through KO Lab sessions
- Connect seamlessly with the senior teams at CCEP to ensure system routines work efficiently and effectively on the special projects
- Focusing on Core brands, Track share and marketplace developments, to ensure sharp contingency plans are developed and early course correcting is achieved
- Pro-actively identify new business opportunities (new/dry channels, new categories) and collaborate with relevant function in the development of potential solutions to capture those (Brands, Equipment, Route to Market, …)
- Manages the day to day relationship with SOCOBO, the bottler in Corsica
