Description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.


Responsibilities& objectives:

Make Guest Experience management a priority forevery department

Pre-arrival emails, post-stays emails & courtesycalls for loyalty Program members

· Oversee all VIP arrivals and departures

· Welcome and escort all Elite et VIP members atcheck-in and check-out

· Collect useful information from other Hyattproperties and action

Coordinate different services to put in placeAmenities

· Answer and anticipate guest needs for theirstays

· Make or change room assignments according toguests requirements

· Room inspection for Top Tier Elite members and above

· Manage complaints of Loyalty Program Elitemembers & VIPs

· Presence and networking in the Regency Club

C Create a special and personalized relationshipwith guests

I Identify regular guests and perform a specialservice

· Interact everyday of guests stays

Analyze customers feedbacks to improve guestexperience and provide strategic direction


Hold a weekly meeting for VIPs with departmentsmanagers


· Reportsto the VIP Manager


Weare looking for a motivated intern who is a quick learner, and speaks &writes well in English and French.
S/he should ideally have an experience with Opera (but not mandatory ifmotivated to learn)
S/he should be able to work under supervision with an accuracy asrepresenting VIP team to take good care of the most important clientele of thehotel S/he should be able to work duration of min 5-6 months
