Description

Responsibility: Regency club trainee will be doingbreakfast service and happy hour/aperitif service in the VIP executive loungein order to provide an excellent service and maintain a great relation to ourVIP and loyalty customers.


Tasks:

1.Opening and Closing of the club.

2.Breakfast and Happy hour/Aperitif service.

3.Connections with kitchen to ensure food andbeverage buffet set up for club lounge.

4.Customer service and guest relations skills tobe studied and practiced.


Ideally doing a degree ordiploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Good customer service,communications and interpersonal skills are a must. Fluent in english isrequired.
