We are looking for a Sourcing Contract Manager, for the sites Components of the France Region (5 sites), for a temporary contract (CDD) of 1 (one) year.
This position is part of the Legal entity, region France.
Your main missions will be :
Sourcing Tender/Project Contracting
Animate the process of definition/update of specific requirements to be reflected to suppliers
Communication, explanation and training on contractual package and project specific clauses to ensure it is properly deployed on each site
Support the Project Sourcing Manager (PrSM) on contracting animation
Support Legal Counsels to letter of intent/project specific agreements preparation
Participation to negotiation (on request only in relation with the Legal Counsel in charge)
Project execution follow-up
Support the PrsM in the management of the Suppliers’ contractual obligations (included for warranty period on customer’s site)
Be the « project manager » for each claim of your scope
Coordinate the construction of the claim file with info/evidence (gathering sourcing, technical, quality, cost, supply chain information)
Participate to the definition of the claim strategy, to the negotiation, to the settlement agreement definition, if needed
Check/ advise on the content of claim letters to be sent to the supplier
Communicate on claim portfolio progress (reporting) and escalate when support required
Build a network with sourcing, platform community, Legal Region & Legal Sourcing
Support site sourcing activity
Deploy some training if needed
Knowledge of contract management
Knowledge of legal would be an asset
Behavioural skills : speak with data, pro-active, communication
Business trips in France (1 to 2 days per months)
