Within the E2E Transport Mobile Networks division (MN E2ETRS) and the Network and Services Management (NSM) product unit, we contribute to the development of the NSP software, the state-of-the-art product of Network Management and Service Assurance for Nokia networks.

The NSP Wireless team located on the Nokia Paris-Saclay campus is in charge of OAM Wireless RAN LTE developments in the NSP product with the following mandates:
Introduce Nokia LTE-RAN portfolio support (Airscale) in NSP for our main North American customer
Introduce support for part of the Small Cell portfolio (FZM, FZP).
Introduce CloudRAN (Radio Network Virtualization) support for our main North American customer on the way to the next generation of mobile networks.
Introduce 5G gNB support for our main North American customer
Maintain portfolio support already managed by NSP (Alcatel-Lucent portfolio eNodeB, SMM).
 
While working closely with other NSP teams and development sites, the NSP Wireless team has the end-to-end mandate and responsibility of its field and a great deal of autonomy to carry out its missions.
 Mission
 
Work closely with developers and Product Management (PLM) to deliver solutions and products of a high-quality standard, focusing on discovering and resolving product defects.
 After a training phase to the NSP product, and based on an understanding of the operating principles of the elements of the 4G, 5G, Cloud or Wireless RAN network interacting with the OAM solution:
 
Setup software and hardware configurations to test the different product features
Write and run manual tests that solicit these features
Develop automatic tests to cover product regression tests
General skills:
Attractiveness for new technologies and agile methodologies and their implementation,
Essential team spirit, good communication skills to evolve in an environment that involves many interactions.
Show initiative and show a spirit of innovation.
English read, spoken and written.
 
 
Technical skills:
Mastery of programming and Object Modeling
Java, J2EE, JBoss, HTTP, Web server architecture, Swing, Html5, javascript.
Knowledge of the operation of 4G or Wireless RAN networks. Knowledge of Netconf protocols, SNMP.
Knowledge of configuration management (CVS, Subversion, GIT), IDE (IntelliJ / Eclipse)
Oracle or DBMS knowledge
UNIX platform knowledge (Ubuntu for development, Linux Redhat for product deployment)
