    Very nice. The first Agile project I worked on turned out to be a hybrid and it was the developers who were not agile and the business end that was...this had to do with resource availability and offshore programming where deliveries of code became stories in iterations and the deliverable for iterations often didn't include finished programming,, but some other aspect of the project.

I think in a day and age where people feel the pressures from internal and external factors, its important to feel in control of the work you do at work.
