It is my understanding that advocates for people with disabilities, specifically people who are blind, have been asking for this for a while. After all, if you rely on your ears to tell you where the traffic is, a silent car is a problem.

Having been surprised a couple of times (twice by hybrids, and once by an all-electric), I do understand the need to alert other drivers and pedestrians. On the other hand, a dedicated backup light would be better. And such lights should not be used for other purposes the way that some manufacturers are now doing, in my opinion.

I am disappointed about this. A better plan would have been to charge fees for the super-charging stations up front. Don't offer it as a freebie. Then, later, because the infrastructure has been built - and solar panels reduce the cost of electricity -- decrease the fees for the users.

Instead of building expectations and giving something away for nothing - and then - make people mad when fees have to be charged -- why not turn this around:

Ask for payment now, to help create the network of chargers -- and then get a discount when the network is built and a customer base is established.

BTW - how come there is no announcement of what the fees for charging are?

Arg. This may impact my buying decision.

#2 You are right, timing is everything. But although the fundamentals look good, I believe the S&Ps are due for a major correction, so I would not be too hasty. I switched my position to long puts a week ago. It might hurt for a while, but it's also a kind of hedge against a potential Trump victory or even a Clinton narrow victory.

I'm a fundamental investor, not a chartist, I like FACTS and perception and reality more......the facts are Walmart is gonna have 50% of their facilities converted to Hydrogen by end of 2017, lots of time between here and there......but, with 31.8 million SHORT, and FEDEX and China and Amazon NEWS coming, we won't be at this point for long given earnings RECORD QTR coming in two weeks----- 31.8 million short, I'm advising NOW!!

I am a bit wary of investing in Plug as I got really burned investing in the solar industry. Just checked out the chart. There will be an appropriate entry point, but it has taken a beating since early 2014 and is still trending downwards. Looks like there is some support at $1.50. Thanks for the tip.
