    Three things to be considered for the efficiency and impact of the content strategy;the audience,the content and the media,although some creative writers rate the creative content 10 times as important factor as media selection,but this has not yet confirmed by research.

    Any content strategy targeted at B2B is not necessarily done with a leap towards fun although most of the contents try to keep a balance between being authoritative and being entertaining.Because writers are fighting for a narrower space in their audiences mind ,they have to think not of what they offer their audiences but of what prevent them from paying attention to their contents or reading their story(ie.people sometimes get distracted by other images displayed on the same page which prevents an eye contact with the ad itself).

    Generally,simplicity is required.Sometimes big long contents mean little things to the audiences.By saying little words in a big way depending on market insights, the content can get higher level of recall and your idea can easily replace your competitor's idea that already stuck in the audiences mind.I agree with what @Javier beBee has said ;content strategy is not dead but has been modified.

    Longer posts are more shareable than short ones. The target length that marketers want to hit is 1,000 to 1,400 words.

    Sunday at 3 p.m. EST is the best time to publish a blog post in terms of shareability. The worst time to publish a blog is Friday at 1 a.m. EST.

    Most blog posts are published on Wednesdays at 12 p.m. EST.
    Blogs with titles that consist of exactly seven words are more shareable than shorter ones. It’s also interesting to note that the further your title strays from the magic number of seven words, the less shareable it becomes.
    The most shareable blogs use clear, sophisticated language that isn’t difficult to read, but that isn’t overly basic, either. It’s best to be clear and concise in the writing of your blog articles without making your readers struggle or dumbing down your text.

    #1 I always tell my clients that there is no one recipe in content marketing that will work for everyone. We can spend all day looking at demographics, audience behavior and analytics to gauge which region of the WWW our content is gaining traction but then engagements doesn't necessarily mean conversion.

    Content marketing is not dead. But content marketing has evolved. One thing though -- that the more a company or a business aims to save money, they subscribe to this content marketing programs from people who offers it for $5 to $20 which still baffles me. I guess there are many businesses out there who hasn't yet figured out what content marketing really is, so it is hard to assume they would understand the value of rich media and improve their content's reach across the web by understanding the basics.

    I agree that vlogging is really a new approach to improve engagements. But vlogging done wrong can severely damage brand reputation or work against conversion if it lacks elements that drives action.

    I love your points above. Together let us explore content marketing and let's see how it unfolds while participating little on each to see what works and what doesn't. Online marketing has become so unpredictable lately. :) Keep on writing on beBee!

    According to a IBM Digital Experience Survey, 56% of marketers believe that personalized content promotes higher engagement rates. Because personalized content helps consumers remember a brand, it also encourages them to engage more personally with the company in question, thus introducing a positive feedback loop that benefits both the customer and the company

    While many inexperienced marketers assume that content marketing is expensive, the fact is that it’s often cheaper than traditional marketing methods. Because content marketing is effective, easy to begin, and popular with consumers, it can drastically reduce the money marketers spend on advertising their brands. What’s more, it manages to do all of this while being more effective than traditional marketing.

    When content marketing adopters and non-adopters are compared, the adopters have conversion rates that are nearly six times higher than their competitors.
