    Javier, you said you are "learning daily". From all your interaction with others on beBee and all of social media, that is obvious and shows all 10, except #4 and #7.

    One of the things I learned about the business world is how important your boss is (#4 and #7). Bosses literally can make or break the employee and ultimately the company. You, Juan and Itziar Ruiz seem to know this, from all the fun interaction I've seen of the staff, like the BeeGees video 😃

    I also really liked the other point on #4: hire those you'd work for. It goes with the prior point, that if you respect your employees that much, everyone thrives!

    Also a great marketing idea. People LOVE to know about founders....but typically we only get to hear from them after they make it big.

    I think following the process of building the next Facebook is even more interesting. I enjoy how much you both share with us about the steps you are taking to grow the business...which is a good hook to get some of the LI crowd curious.

    No tenía ni idea de la relación entre los arquetipos junguianos, que sí conocía, y la segmentación de mercados en función de la conducta de los consumidores. Claro, ahora lo veo y me parece evidente porque cada marca representa una motivación, una forma de ser y de actuar.

    Advertising will never become irrelevant, @Dean Owen. (cookie-cutter ads and corp-image notwithstanding) Right now it is going through a state of flux. Once people understand that digital is not just another form of TV (that misconception probably costs advertisers upwards of $40 billion a year), it will settle down. Advertisers are not stupid, but humans do tend to define the new as a version of the old.

    Superb. I was actually thinking about putting our brand out to pitch, offering $10,000, which is slightly less than we were quoted by Weber Shandwick for their first phase (defining our message or something like that). Would love to hear if you have any good recommends here in Asia (I'd like to be able to have a face-to-face). Secondly, just playing devil's advocate here, but perhaps is the need to advertise because you have an inferior product? I say this because some of the best watchmakers, shoemakers, cheesemakers in the world don't even have a website, but have a backlog of orders running into years, as is the case for let's say a Roger Smith or Philippe Dufour watch. And is advertising becoming more irrelevant as SEO becomes more relevant?
