Thanks for commenting Ken. I really think that this kind of poor service and low quality performance has a lot to do with prizing price over value in many aspects of life. HR departments seem to prefer cheaper, duller, more predictable hires over those more likely to bring some spark of motivation and independent thought to their work. Quality is worth paying for and only better quality staff will appreciate, benefit from and apply the lessons learned in training. It would make me tear my hair out if I had any left.

Nicely expressed comedy of errors, Neil. The bottom line here is poor service, which, as we all get more time poor and insular in our interractions with others, results in us ineffectually trying to pin the tail on the donkey. Poor service usually results from poor training, a lack of checking that procedures are being followed, and poor communication, both internally and externally.
