    How Public Cloud Accelerates Innovation
For ANZ based organisations, when it comes to choosing where to run your IT services there is no point trying to accelerate innovation and improve customer service using out-dated infrastructure and applications.

If you want to go along with the status quo and remove any doubt that your organisation is stuck in a time warp then choosing the “old way” of doing things makes sense: e.g. Build your own data centre, Waterfall projects, manual software deployments, PABX.

We have these live and running in 20 countries across Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. The problem with running a viable and functional system in the US is the current HIPAA, Hi-Tech, PPACA and ICD-10 compliance architecture and the Draconian AMA licensing requirements / expense issues with using the CPT coding. The systems work, and are mobile acceasible for payment, scheduling, referral, collaboration and tele-health. ObamaCare is standing in the way of the deployment of smart, patient centered, market driven health solutions.
