    @Pascal Derrien, Same thing in China. When I arrived in 2008 to head up a joint venture, the Chairman gave me a gift of instant coffee. It was a premium product back then in a country with a huge tea culture.

    #6 Many thanks Dean for takign the time to comment, Ireland has gone thru a massive transformation in terms of coffee culture when I landed only instant coffee was available and now you almost need a Phd to be able to a place an order :-)

    All of a sudden, Dublin became cool! And then the 2008 Financial Crisis hit. But now it is back, and cooler than ever! Great post Pascal, and a great insight into the evolution of coffee culture.
