    Two truisms come to mind. "You get what you pay for," and "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't true."

    I remember one case where a client asked for three 800-word posts on a MarTech subject. He nearly fell over at my quote. He ended up going with someone else who charged $50 a post. That client knew me from LinkedIn articles. The person who supplied the $50 articles simply copy/pasted mine. The client recognized them and came running back.
