Do your harsh judgements make you happy?
Judgement often pinches us off from happiness. You can begin to release yourself from the grip of judgement simply by bringing awareness to your inner processes - ask yourself, does this thought feel limiting or expansive?
Perhaps it's time to let go of all that makes your heart feel heavier or smaller...

Researchers call it "The negativity bias" or "the negativity effect. It refers to the concept that even when information, emotions or thoughts are of a negative nature - but of equal intensity to something positive - they are more harmful and have a greater effect on your psychological state of mind than neutral or positive actions and words, for example; partly because negativity is more complex than positivity. All of this you point out when teaching us about roots like Emilia. Instead of speaking in a negative way, perhaps people should make comments like 'we should reconsider this; rethink the situation' instead of blasting away with highly negative comments like 'it won't work, that's not even worth trying' for example. That said, your comments @Ali Anani "We need both opposite ideas that push out negative people and ideas that pull the pushed out people into the bitter sweetness of their actions. It is the strategic balance of opposites that count" is, in my estimation, both rational and good advice for all; especially those in management.

#34 Absolutely @Ali Anani ! My job is about raising questions to explore perceptions ! Myself I come unstuck many times when I have to find something in a HELP Menu for my mobile phone. I know what I want to find out but I don't know what it is called ! So I have to brainstorm and search around hoping I can find something similar to lead me to what I really need. I don't always succeed and have to wait till I can ask an expert. Often a person under 20 years old!

I am torn between the push and pull of being lifted up by your ideas and falling in exhaustion @Ali Anani. This leads me to connect with a past Buzz of yours. We are meant to stop and take a breath in this process; allowing the oxygen to refresh our abilities to achieve the balance you mention in your concluding rule. I say stop and not stuck because there is still movement in the act of stopping. It is the place of stuck that weakens and makes us more vulnerable to the parasitic attachments.

#5 As an integrator, I need to speak up @CityVP Manjit. We place polarities, or choose to move towards a polarity based on that polarity's properties and what we need at that time or where we our in our journey. Yet the space in between that holds the energy/flow/currents that contains the blending of the two is also a choice of where to place ourselves; what to experience and learn. And movement is the key. We may "rest" in one area and then "shift" or explore; it only becomes problematic when we get "stuck". From my perspective neither polarity will enable the changes we need to thrive; only their blend has the potential for that.

"Sadness gives depth. Happiness gives height. Sadness gives roots. Happiness gives branches. Happiness is like a tree going into the sky, and sadness is like the roots going down into the womb of the earth. Both are needed, and the higher a tree goes, the deeper it goes, simultaneously. The bigger the tree, the bigger will be its roots. In fact, it is always in proportion. That's its balance." Emilia M. Ludovino

#3 Dear @Mohammed A. Jawad I agree with you in terms, A little bit of sadness is good as long as we don't delve in it.. Though, be aware of what made us sad , acknowledge that we're sad and use it to produce a good outcome is important. We need to love and care all are emotions the same way. I use my sadness to paint and the outcome is never sad. .

Emilia, as the roots go deep down to find out what the tree needs to grow, sadness helps us to go deep inside of ourselves to find out what we are missing and therefore what we need to grow..
