    Good article Sharon. You are absolutely right, the reasons for employees leaving are so simple and easily corrected if the right management is in charge, however as is the case in most companies, the people in charge are not always there because of their merits but because of personal relationships. Titles are meaningless in a world of foolish leaders and wise beggars.
