The rise of AI and robotics is a fascinating achievement. In all commerce the survival will always be of the fittest, so long as it is supported by those with the finances to protect and support it. Robots will always win out in performing repetitive tasks accurately and without tiring, they will be cheap to create and run and will take over much of the current workforce. It is true that developing skills, having persistence and determination is laudable and is something powerful in the makeup of successful people. But I do not choose these attributes to emulate robots. If we want jobs in an increasingly robotic world we will need to be people who do what robots cannot do. And that wil be to develop our talents and our intuition, thinking outside the box and soing what is surprising and inspiring whilst harnessing digital and robotic technology to do our bidding and to serve us. Do you think that is going to happen?

Welcome @Murat Ali nice first buzz! I have a question, regarding the artificial intelligence development and also because I read a little bit of the robot that answered a question telling the interviewer that he was going to kill people, do you actually think that our creations could grout of our hands and turn against us? I'm very curious because I would like to know, where's the limit between achieving something like that if possible and if scientists and engineers know it.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO LIVE IN A WOODEN SKYSCRAPER? The 14-story apartment complex in Bergen, Norway, known as “The Tree”, was completed late last year. With its 52 meters it is currently the tallest wooden building in the world. Glulam is used for the trusses and carries all vertical and horizontal loads. Cross-laminated timber (CLT) is used for the elevator shafts, staircases and internal walls. The structural fire design is performed according to the Eurocode and the glulam used is so thick that it would burn for at least 90 minutes before disintegrating. Lada Prkic

#5 @Soufiane Sakouni, I suppose you think on fire safety, which is often cited as a barrier to building wooden high rise structures. In the last years high rise buildings are made of new heavy timber products, such as CLT, glulam and LVL. Several research projects conducted on CLT panels demonstrate fire performance similar to concrete.
