    #1 Pascal, I agree that it is more of an issue to manage but I also think that many in the general public understand the term "issue" as opposed to "manage". Not exactly sure why but it might be that solving an issue is better than someone managing or telling others what to do.

    I don t think one need to speak about immigration as ''an issue to solve'' it is a societal evolution (not only in America) and has to be managed accordingly, more than 225 millions people live and work in a country different from their country of birth :-) and it will increase over the next few decades I think :-)

    Amazing how the present can shift our brains towards the future. Interesting @Pascal Derrien . Donna asked "When will the world change, When will people be equal?" Sadly, I never see this happening in my lifetime. I know, I sound like a pessimist. :-(
