#23 I think I may! Thank you for the encouragement! I am certainly going to come back to this post for it when I am having a hard time and don't feel motivated to continue. I only gave a small overview here and I feel like a 1,000lbs have been lifted from my shoulders, I can only imagine the benefit of writing it all down. Hopefully you guys stay tuned for my update! ;)

@Deann M Harrity go for it for me it was almost a cleansing of my spirit it gave me a platform to really vent my feelings sometimes very controversial but always from the heart and honest.

#20 I have been thinking of that for quite sometime myself Darryl. I even started writing one and ended up filling 4 notebooks! Then I fell off it a bit, but seeing all of these responses and encouragement, I may look back into it. Even if it only sells to and helps one person, that would be worth it for me. Mental illness is such an important topic to me as well, and I feel it should be for the world as well.

#17 Thanks for thanking me, @Deann M. Harrity, but I thank YOU for being such an amazing and inspiring person with the fortitude and perseverance to face major life adversity head on and come out on top. I think this would also be a great buzz to share on LinkedIn, assuming that's okay with you. Your story really resonates and helps to remind people that anything is possible if you are determined to succeed, despite the obstacles, and never give up.
During though times, I often recite this refrain to myself: "God is with me. God is watching over me. I am in God's Kingdom." You, Deann, are certainly in the Good Lord's Kingdom. God Bless You!

I've been at a loss for words for several minutes now trying to relay how your story affected me. You're someone whose internal flame can never be extinguished and knows the true meaning of happiness Deann. You share your painful past in order to inspire others to never give up and there is nothing more noble than that. You remind me that miracles don't just happen, you make them happen. Keep being amazing!

@Mamen Delgado, thank you so much for your kind words and taking the time to let me know that I have touched you with my words. There is nothing more I want in this world than to inspire others to see the bigger picture! We were all born into this world and we should all adsorb and explore everything it has to offer and I feel that by letting things like sadness, depression, or feelings from past circumstances effect your current life, you are only hindering yourself. It is a conscious choice I make everyday to be happy and to choose happiness and I am so happy to finally be able to have a forum to speak to people about it. Thank you once again for your thoughts and well wishes!

All savvy employers should know by now that providing equal opportunities to people with power of enthusiasm simply makes good business sense in the 21st century economy. However, it appears that some CEOs and executive leaders within corporate global still haven't gotten the message. Ditto that for mid-sized and smaller companies.and as it is said "leaders who don't listen will eventually be surrounded by people who have nothing to say".
